Casting directors are now casting , , and talent to work on Wednesday, June 12th.

Producers are seeking the following types:

  • National Guard
    **Only need a few more**
    , any ethnicity, ages late 20s-50s. Those submitting should be in peak physical condition and have a regulation hair cut.
  • Boat Owners/Saltys/Dockworker
    Male and female, any ethnicity, ages mid 20s-60s. Those submitting must be outdoorsy, have a rugged appearance, tanned, and MUST be a new face because the mainland will be portrayed.
  • Relief Workers
    Male and female, any ethnicity, ages mid 20s-50s. Those submitting MUST be a new face because the mainland will be portrayed.
  • Tourist
    Male and female, any ethnicity, ages 18-25 (college-aged looking tourist). Those submitting MUST be pale or look as if you have not been to the beach/in the sun in a while, MUST have limited to no , and MUST be a new face because the mainland will be portrayed.

About Netflix’s “OBX”:

The new series called “OBX” is is a “coming of age story about four best in high school during the summer following a devastating hurricane.” Filming starts on May 1st in Charleston, and will last until Labor Day.

OBX – CHARLESTON, SC: LOOKING FOR THE FOLLOWING EXTRA ROLES TO WORK ON WED. JUNE 12TH. PAY RATE IS $80/8 hrs!!!

WE ARE ESTABLISHING OUR MAIN LAND, SO WE REALLY NEED NEW FACES, PEOPLE WHO CAN EASILY CHANGE UP THEIR LOOK OR ONLY THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN USED IN BIG BG SCENES!


National Guard:
**Only need a few more**
Male, any ethnicity, ages late 20s-50s. Those submitting should be in peak physical condition and have a regulation style hair cut. Those selected for this role must be able to attend a fitting on Tue, June 11th (and will receive a $20 fitting bump).

Boat Owners/Saltys/Dockworker:
Male and female, any ethnicity, ages mid 20s-60s. Those submitting must be outdoorsy, have a rugged appearance, tanned, and MUST be a new face because the mainland will be portrayed.

Relief Workers
Male and female, any ethnicity, ages mid 20s-50s. Those submitting MUST be a new face because the mainland will be portrayed.

Tourist-
Male and female, any ethnicity, ages 18-25 (college-aged looking tourist). Those submitting MUST be pale or look as if you have not been to the beach/in the sun in a while, MUST have limited to no tattoos, and MUST be a new face because the mainland will be portrayed.
Subject Line: Tourist 6/12

Pay is a GUARANTEED $80 for 8 hrs and time and a half for every hour that exceeds the 8th. Call time could be as early as 5:30am and Filming days can last up to 12+ hours so please come prepared.

Those submitting must be able to work AS LOCAL TO CHARLESTON, SC AREA!!!
