‘Sinister 2’ Casting Call for kid stand-ins in Chicago, Illinois.
‘Sinister 2‘ will start filming this Summer and will be the sequel to Scott Derrickson’s Sinister made $77 million on a small budget of only $3 million. Scott Derickson will team up with C. Robert Cargill in the new sequel as Cargill will write the sequel’s screenplay.
In ‘Sinister‘, Ethan Hawke played a crime novelist struggling to find his next big story but discovers a box of home videos showing several families brutally murdered. His investigation leads him to a supernatural entity that may be placing his on family in danger.
Casting directors are seeking Caucasian boys to work as stand-ins in the upcoming ‘Sinister 2‘ feature film in Chicago, Illinois.
Producers are looking for kids that are 4’4 to 4’6 and approximately 60 pounds. According to the casting notice, this is six weeks of work, Monday through Friday. Kids that are selected will be compensated $130 for an 8 hour day.

Searching for male, Caucasian, boys, brown hair, height, 4’4″ to 4’6″, approx 60 lbs, to work as a stand-in (a child who is the same height/weight/coloring as the child actor to light the set an block the camera for the scene), for the entire show. This is six weeks of work, Monday through Friday and we shoot in Kankakee, St. Anne, and a some Chicago. The rate of pay is $130 for an 8 hour day. The stand-ins work closely with the crew.
We have cast lots of kids who worked as stand ins in the past and they have a great time! If interested please send a photograph ASAP to [email protected] and put “CHILD SI” in the subject line.
