“Scouts Vs Zombies” Casting call in Los Angeles for roller derby girls in Los Angeles
Casting directors are looking for real roller derby girls, similar to Derby Dolls, to appear in the new movie.
Christopher Landon is directing the horror comedy. The movie centers on the eve of their last camp out, three scouts discover the true meaning of friendship when they attempt to save their town from a zombie outbreak. Morgan will play the nerd in the group who is is secure in his comfort zone, but awkward to the rest of the world. Todd Garner, Andy Fickman, Betsy Sullenger and Bryan Brucks are producing.
Sande Alessi Casting is looking for women who have skates, pads and wardrobe will provide the costume. Producers are looking for muscular, ass-kicking girls.

SAG OR NON UNION CASTING NOTICE FOR REAL ROLLER DERBY GIRLS-Shoots on “Scouts vs. Zombies” on June 17th through June 19th. THESE ARE NIGHT CALLS. You must have never worked this show. You must be OK with prosthetic make-up. PLEASE do not submit if you do not fit this EXACT casting notice. You must live in the Los Angeles areas to work on this show. SAG OR NON UNION RATE IS: 158/8 plus $15.00 gear bump, plus overtime.
REAL ROLLER DERBY GIRLS (Like the Derby Dolls – which I have contacted): Age 18-30. You must have the skates, pads and all the stuff. We will supply the costume.
