The Owner and Vice President of Casting Duo are seeking a reliable Executive Assistant to join their team.
Experience working as an assistant in a fast-paced environment is preferred, but not required. The ability to multitask, problem solve, and anticipate the needs of others is crucial. You should be extremely organized, eager to learn, take constructive criticism, be comfortable wearing multiple hats and have a can do attitude. You must be willing to take on any challenge that is presented to you – no job is too big or too small!
