Extra (Wait Staff), Netflix’s ‘The Chair’
Extras needed for Netflix Series “The Chair” starring Sandra Oh!
Filming will be February 11th and 12th so must be available 100% both days with zero conflicts.
- SEEKING:
Wait Staff – Men and Women Ages 25+. Let us know if you have experience!
Important Info:
Pays $90/8, per day (Overtime after 8 Hours)
Expect 10 -12 hour days. Filming in the Shadyside area of Pittsburgh.
*Request to request starting February 6th – February 10th before the shoot on the 11th and 12th meaning you will avoid large gatherings, events, hangouts with family/friends, restaurants, bars, etc. You will be paid the day rate of $90 per day to adhere as much as possible to these guidelines. If you feel you can’t properly sequester because you have multiple roommates or family members in your home, let us know when you submit and we can potentially make arrangements. We are trying very hard to make this a safe environment for all cast and crew!
Multiple PCR and Rapid COVID test are required during this time span. Production will coordinate these. First test will be February, 5th.
We will ask that this be your only job during this time-span and that you agree o not work in-person at a day job or on any other productions to limit COVID exposure.
Must wear masks and safety eyewear at all times except when asked to remove by Crew for lighting purposes. Must follow all Netflix Covid and Safety guidelines at all times. All PPE will be provided.

Party Goers – Men and Women Ages 45+. This is a college faculty party so extras must-have business attire.

- Pays $90/8, per day (Overtime after 8 Hours)

- Stand-in 1: Asian Female – 25 – 55. 5’4.5 – 5’5.5. Black hair
- Important Info
- Pay is $180/12
- Must have full availability between 1/28 – 3/26 including some weekends
- 5 Day workweeks. 10-12 hour days
- Must be very reliable, punctual, professional and able to follow direction well
- Will require on-set COVID testing several times per week
- Must wear masks and safety eyewear at all times except when asked to remove by the crew for lighting purposes.
- Must follow all Netflix COVID and Safety guidelines
- Non-Union
- Must have a vehicle to get to set
- Locations will be around the Pittsburgh
Stand-in 2
- Stand-in 2: Caucasian Male – 30 -55. 5’8 – 5’9. Lean frame. Shaggy dark brown or black hair.
- Important Info
- Pay is $180/12

Core BG Casting Call
- Seeking: All ethnicities, Ages 18 – 25. College student-types6f/. Must be punctual, reliable, and professional at all times.
- Important Info
- Pay is $150/10 *guarantee of 10) with overtime after 10 hours
- Non-union
- Full availability between 1/27 – 2/26, including some weekends
- 5 Day workweek. 10 – 12 hours per day. Core Background will be guaranteed 5 days of pay per week whether they are working on set those days or not.
- Required PCR Covid test to be scheduled each week on an off-day. $30 bump for non-workday testing. Multiple PCR and/or Rapid Tests will occur on-set each week during workdays.
- We will ask that this be your only job during this time period and that you agree not to work on other productions to limit COVID exposure.
