Lifetime movie Prepared for a Purpose starring Toni Braxton is now casting extras in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Casting directors are looking for background actors to work on scenes filming on Thursday, June 8 and Friday, June 9. Producers are looking for people to play 911 call center operators and diner patrons with cars.
About Prepared for a Purpose:
Prepared for a Purpose is based on the true story of Antoinette Tuff (Toni Braxton) and inspired by the teachers of TD Jakes, Ms. Tuff used her faith and courage to avert tragedy when an active gunman entered her Atlanta area school. Filming will take place in the Pittsburgh area from June 8th through the 30th.

THURSDAY, JUNE 8TH
– 911 Call Center Operators- Men & Women, ages 25+. Please put “OPERATORS” in subject line when submitting.
FRIDAY, JUNE 9TH
– Diner Patrons with cars- Men & Women, ages 18+. Please put “DINER PATRONS” in the subject line when submitting. Be sure to include the make, model, year, and color of car.
**12-14 hour day. Must have a car to get to set. Pay is $8.00 per hour for the first 8 hours and time and a half after that. Filming in the Pittsburgh area.
