Denzel Washington is now casting babies for the new movie Fences.
Denzel Washington’s new movie Fences is now casting African American baby girls to be part of a scene taking place on or around May 23rd. Producers are looking for baby girls to play a 1 week old. Talents that are selected will be compensated $1000.
About Fences:
Fences is the story about a former basketball athlete who struggles to provide for his family as a trash collector in the 1950s Pittsburgh after being denied to join the Major Leagues due to being African American. The original movie took place in 1987 with James Earl Jones as the lead role. Denzel Washington won a Tony in 2010 alongside Viola Davis. Denzel Washington will star alongside Viola Davis in the HBO film adaptation.

FOR THE FEATURE FILM FENCES (Starring Denzel Washington) NON UNION, PITTSBURGH AREA
We are looking for 6 AFRICAN AMERICAN BABY GIRLS to be part of a scene taking place on/or around May 23rd. Babies MUST reflect these ages at our date of filming. Keep in mind that is still a month from now.
3 BABY GIRLS TO PORTRAY A 1 WEEK OLD RAYNELL (looking for babies who are newborns, premies, up to 1 month of age)
*expectant mothers who may be delivering within the next few weeks and would be comfortable with their newborn on set may apply as well.*
3 BABY GIRLS TO PORTRAY A 1 MONTH OLD RAYNELL (looking for babies who are 1 month to 4 months old)
Pay: $1000 Flat.
Babies will appear on camera for around 15 minutes of time. A nurse will be on set during filming. At most, babies would be there for 2 hours.
