HBO’s The Deuce starring James Franco is now casting cops in New York City.
Grant Wilfley Casting is looking for Caucasian men ages 25 to 55 to play 1971 “cop bar” types to work on HBO’s The Deuce, which is filming in New York City. Fittings are scheduled for Thursday, June 2nd in Brooklyn and filming will take place on June 16th.
About The Deuce:
“The Deuce” centers around the story of the legalization and subsequent rise of the porn industry in New York’s Times Square from the early ’70s through the mid ’80s. The TV series will explore the rough world that existed there until the rise of HIV, violence and crack -cocaine.Vincent Martino and Frankie Martino, who were players in the Times Square world and became fronts for mob control of the volatile and lucrative sex industry. JamesFranco will play both twins in the new HBO series.

Men must have at least 1.5 inches in hair length. NO shaved sides, buzzcuts, modern cuts or unnatural colors.
Everyone should be ok working around atmospheric smoke. No visible tattoos.
