Mark Ruffalo‘s HBO series “This Much is True” is now casting extras to play immigrants in New York City
Casting directors are now casting actors, models, and talent to work on scenes filming between July 22nd and July 31st in Hudson Valley, New York
Producers are seeking the following types:
- Seeking Union & Non Union Background Actors to Portray Italian Immigrants during the 1913-20’s
Men: Ages 18-40, long hair and beard, no visible tattoos, skinny
Women: Ages 18-40, long hair, natural color, skinny , no visible tattoos
About “I Know This Much Is True”:
HBO has announced the production of I Know This Much Is True, an upcoming limited drama series. The series is a family saga and follows the lives of identical twin brothers in a story of “betrayal, sacrifice and forgiveness set against the backdrop of 20th century America.”
Three-time Oscar-nominee Mark Ruffalo (HBO’s award-winning The Normal Heart) stars as twin brothers Dominick and Thomas Birdsey. Ruffalo will executive produce the series, alongside writer and director Derek Cianfrance.
