Casting directors are looking for athletes to play college football player types in a team meeting (18 to early 20s, 6’+, large build) for background work on 7/18 (Tuesday) for HBO’s UNTITLED LEVINSON PROJECT (starring Al Pacino as Penn State Coach Joe Paterno). Filming will shoot in Long Island, New York. No football or acting experience needed.

According to Variety, the movie’s logline is the following: “After becoming the winningest coach in college football history, Joe Paterno is embroiled in Penn State’s Jerry Sandusky sexual abuse scandal, challenging his legacy and forcing him to face questions of institutional failure on behalf of the victims.”
