Sweetbitter is now casting extras for butchers in New York City.

Casting directors are now casting talent to work on scenes filming on Wednesday, November 29th in New York City.

Producers are seeking the following types:

  • GWCI is seeking SAG-AFTRA / NON-UNION to photo double for African American, Female Butcher. Work date is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday 11/29 in NYC area. Must know how to butcher meat.

Sweetbitter, executive produced by Danler, Zicherman and Brad Pitt’s Plan B, follows 22-year-old Tess who, shortly after arriving in New York City, lands a job at a celebrated downtown restaurant. Swiftly introduced to the world of drugs, alcohol, love, lust, dive bars, and fine dining, she learns to navigate the chaotically alluring, yet punishing life she has stumbled upon. GWCI is seeking SAG-AFTRA / NON-UNION to photo double for African American, Female Butcher. Work date is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday 11/29 in NYC area. Must know how to butcher meat.

-Full name
-Confirm your Union status (SAG-AFTRA or Non-Union)
-Phone number
-Confirm you have full day availability for Wednesday 11/29
-Sizes: height, weight, dress, bust x waist x hips, and shoe
-Note your chef or butcher experience
-All of the following photos: one of both your HANDS (Front and back), arms, and a selfie that clearly shows your CURRENT look
