Netflix‘s How It Ends is now casting people to play tourists and business types in Chicago, Illinois.

Casting directors are seeking talent to work on scenes filming on Tuesday, September 26th in Chicago, Illinois. Producers are seeking the following types:

  • Female, 25 – 65, Hispanic/Asian/Indian/Middle Eastern. We are looking for people with polished business looks for downtown Chicago
  • Female, 18 – 21, Caucasian. We are looking for a family of four, we will accept single submission as well.

About Netflix’s How It Ends:

Theo James has been set to star in How It Ends, the action thriller that is set up at Netflix with David M. Rosenthal directing. The pic is on track to start production next month in Canada. The Black List script by Brooks McLaren centers on a mysterious apocalyptic event that turns the roads into mayhem, and a young father (James) who will stop at nothing to get home to his pregnant wife on the other side of the country.

ROLE: NON-UNION EXTRAS
SHOOT DATE: TUESDAY, 9/26 (FILMS 1 DAY ONLY)
LOCATION: CHICAGO

YOU MUST BE 18+ AND OUT OF HIGH SCHOOL TO SUBMIT FOR ANY ROLES

WARDROBE: Overall color palette…dark tones for suits-both men & women. Season is mid to late summer…so lighter tones… including some beige is fine.

Seeking the following roles (you must have a suit, car, bike or skateboard to match the role you are submitting for) :

BUSINESS PEOPLE W/SUIT AND CARS (YOUR CAR WILL BE PARKED ON SET)
RATE: $88/8 + $35 CAR BUMP
Female, 25 – 65, Hispanic/Asian/Indian/Middle Eastern. We are looking for people with polished business looks for downtown Chicago. Confirm you have dark suits in the submission, and the YEAR, COLOR, MAKE AND MODEL of your vehicle. ONLY submit if you have a black, grey, silver, or dark blue car.

BUSINESS CASUAL (PUBLIC TRANSPO ONLY)
RATE: $88/8
Male, 25 – 30, Caucasian. We are looking for an attractive male!! We are looking for people with polished business looks for downtown Chicago. Confirm you have dark suits in the submission.

TOURIST (PUBLIC TRANSPO ONLY)
Female, 18 – 21, Caucasian. We are looking for a family of four, we will accept single submission as well.

1 In the subject line put the role(s) you are submitting for ie: BUSINESS CASUAL, BUSINESS W SUIT + CAR, TOURIST.

2) In the body of the email include your: name, age, height, weight, phone number, email, and zip code on your Driver’s License or State ID.

3) Confirm that you have filled out or updated the current Master Survey on our Facebook Page.

4) If you are applying for any other role than business people with suit with car – you must confirm that you will take public transportation to the location in Chicago.

5) If you are applying for business people with suit with car – you must confirm the YEAR, COLOR, MAKE AND MODEL OF YOUR VEHICLE – No bright colored vehicles! No white. No Yellow. No Red.

6) Attach one current full body photo and one candid headshot. If you can submit a photo in the style/type of role you are submitting for it would be appreciated.
