Netflix is now casting NYC extras for a disco scene to work on the new TV series The Get Down.
Netflix’s new series The Get Down is looking for actors, models, and talent to play disco patrons in New York City.
Fittings are scheduled for February, 25th and works on Tuesday, March 1st through Friday, March 4th.
About Netflix’s The Get Down:
“The Get Down” centers around the emerging music scene in the 1970’s. The 70’s featured the birth of punk rock and hip hop. The show will be set in New York City which is also the home of an excssive crime rate and corruption. According to Variety,“The Get Down” will focus on a group of teens living in the South Bronx as music develops and explodes in the borough around them.

Seeking NON-UNION caucasian men and women to portray scantily clad 1970s disco patrons on the Netflix series “The Get Down”. Fitting tomorrow 2/25, works Tues 3/1-Fri. 3/4. Must have period appropriate hair, no tattoos.
