Marvel’s new TV series Cloak and Dagger is now casting basketball players in New Orleans, Lousiana
Casting directors are looking for talent to work on scenes filming on Monday, August 28th or Tuesday, August 29th. Producers are seeking the following types:
- BASKETBALL PLAYERS: Currently Casting SKILLED Basketball Players (18+ years old) to portray High School Basketball team at a State Championship to play basketball on camera!
About Marvel’s Cloak and Dagger:
According to NOLA.com, shooting under the code-name, “Shadows,” Cloak and Dagger is the new series centers around Tandy Bowen and Tyrone Johnson who come from starkly different backgrounds, each growing up with a secret they never dared share with another soul.
Once a privileged little girl, Tandy Bowen watched as her family was destroyed by a disastrous storm that uprooted her life. Now in her late teens, an unexpected encounter with a boy named Tyrone sparks a life changing event.
Young Tyrone Johnson wanted nothing more than to prove he was fearless. But when everything he held close was taken away, life taught Tyrone to be afraid. Now older and more sheltered, Tyrone closes himself off. It is set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe based on the Marvel duo Cloak and Dagger.

***TV Series: SHADOWS – filming in the greater New Orleans area – Monday, August 28th OR Tuesday, August 29th***
BASKETBALL PLAYERS: Currently Casting SKILLED Basketball Players (18+ years old) to portray High School Basketball team at a State Championship to play basketball on camera!
You should be available both days, even though filming will take place on either Monday or Tuesday! There will be a rehearsal that is TBD so you should be available for that as well.

1). You should be the only person in the photo.
2). Please face the camera.
3). Only clear and well-lit photos will be considered.
4). Absolutely NO filters!
5). Inappropriate photos will NOT be considered!
***You MUST BE registered with Central Casting or plan to register by Thursday, August 24th in order to work on this project!***
