Martin Scorsese’s ‘Untitled Rock N’ Roll’ Casting Call for in New York City
The untitled drama explores the drugs and sex of the 1970′s New York music business as disco and punk music were on the rise.
According to Variety, the show will be depicted through the eyes of Cannavale’s Richie Finestra, a record exec trying to build a record label and find the next new sound.
Olivia Wilde is set to play Devon Finestra, Richie’s wife and former actress/model who attempts to deal with the Richie’s crisis as it causes strain on their family and relationship.
Martin Scorsese is set to direct the pilot, which is written by Terence Winter of “The Wolf of Wall Street” and George Mastras from “Breaking Bad” with Mastras working as the show runner.
Casting directors are looking for Caucasian men and women with long hair, African American men and women with afros, and men with beards and mustaches. Think 1970s hairstyles, and fashion.
Filming is scheduled to start on June through early August.

HBO Pilot “Untitled Rock N’ Roll Project’ Casting Call
Grant Wilfley Casting is seeking SAG-AFTRA and NON UNION extras for the HBO Pilot, The Untitled Rock N’ Roll Project directed by Martin Scorsese.
We are looking for the following 1970s types: Caucasian Men with longer hair and/or facial hair and women with longer hair, ages 18-40. African American Men and Women with afros ages 18-40.
Caucasian men ages 40-70 with hair a least to their ears, side burns and mustaches are great as well! Also, in general, we are looking for 1970s younger rocker and/or glam rock types. The project is shooting June through early August.
