Mark Wahlberg’s Six Billion Dollar Man will film in Atlanta this summer 2018.
Mark Wahlberg’s new movie The Six Billion Dollar Man is set to shoot in Atlanta sometime this summer. Wahlberg is set to play the role of Steve Austin, a military officer who becomes part of a top secret government program after a horrific accident leaves him near death. With the help of cutting-edge technology is brought back to life with extraordinary abilities, making him the world’s first truly bionic man.
Argentian filmmaker Damián Szifron (Wild Tales) is set to write and direct the film. At one time, production on The Six Billion Dollar Man was reportedly set to begin in 2016 with a release date of December 22nd, 2017, but was obviously delayed until now. The film is currently without production dates or an official release date from Warner Bros.
Wahlberg is now filming his new movie Mile 22 in Atlanta, Georgia.
