Tom Hardy‘s Fonzo is now casting extras in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Casting directors are now casting actors, models, and talent to work on scenes filming in New Orleans, Lousiana starting this March 2018.
Producers are seeking the following types:
- KIDS: casting Sicilian and Italian American looking boys and girls (6+ years old) to portray Al Capone’s grand kids. We are also looking for twins! This works Monday, April 2nd – Friday, April 6th. Due to size restrictions, please do not submit if taller than 5’1″. Please include child’s age in the email submission.
- FAMILY: casting 20’s – 70’s Sicilian and Italian American looking men and women to portray Al Capone’s family members. This works Monday, April 2nd – Friday, April 6th.
- GOONS: casting 20’s – 40’s Sicilian and Italian looking men (18+ years old) to portray Al Capone’s Goons. This works 8 days from April to May.
- CUBAN MAIDS: casting 30’s – 70’s Cuban and Hispanic looking women (18+ years old) to portray Al Capone’s Cuban staff. This works Monday, April 2nd.
- GROUNDSKEEPERS: casting 30’s – 70’s Cuban and Hispanic looking men (18+ years old) to portray Al Capone’s Cuban groundskeepers. This works 5 days in April.
About Fonzo:
The 47-year old Al Capone, after 10 years in prison, starts suffering from dementia, and comes to be haunted by his violent past. The movie stars Tom Hardy and is written/directed by Josh Trank.

This is a 1940’s film so we cannot have background with unnatural hair color, modern hairstyles, modern piercings, full beards (mustaches are OK), and braces on teeth! You must be OK with getting your hair cut to reflect the 1940’s hair, if needed. Must be comfortable working both interior and exterior scenes.
