“The Lemon Tree” Short Film Acting Auditions

Acting Auditions casting call for the upcoming short film “The Lemon Tree” filming in Texas.

CASTING CALL:

“The Lemon Tree”

Synopsis: A young girl comes to terms with her father’s ailment: a tree growing from his stomach of which there is no cure. As the tree continues its rapid growth, they spend the last few remaining days together.

We are looking to cast both the DAUGHTER and FATHER.

DAUGHTER (12 – 15): Mature for age, somber but also still retains a childhood naiveté and wonder.

FATHER (late 30s – early 50s): Doting and man of little words, does not want to worry his daughter.

Audition dates: Dec 6 – 7, 2014 (location TBD)

Shoot dates: January 15 – 18, 2015
