Casting directors are looking for people to work on a Jewel Osco commercial filming in Chicago, Illinois. Producers are looking for people to work on various scenes including a picnic scene, holiday party, and block party. Filming will shoot between Wednesday, July 26th through Saturday, July 29th in Chicago.

2. Your name, phone number, current zip code, height, weight, and measurements
3. Attach (2) two current photos, 1 close up and 1 full body taken in well lit lighting. Do not cover your face. No hats, no sunglasses, no filters, etc.
4. For Minors, please include work permit.
5. Please complete the master survey
