‘In the Middle of the River’ is now casting lead speaking roles in New Mexico.

In the Middle of the River is now casting over 20 speaking roles in New Mexico. Casting directors are casting a ton of speaking roles and producers are looking for kid actors, teens, and a ton of other featured roles. The open casting call will take place on Saturday, January 23rd from 10am to 1pm here:

The feature film, IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RIVER, is casting over 20 speaking roles in the Farmington/Shiprock area

WHEN:
SATURDAY JANUARY 23 from 10am-1pm

casting for the following roles:
Lead role of Female Navajo-speaking Boxer, age 25-28
Supporting role of Female Hispanic Boxer, age 25-30
Supporting role of Female 3/4 Anglo + 1/4 Native American musician age 18-22
Boy, Navajo age 7-9
Navajo and Anglo Teenage BOYS age 13-19
Anglo men age 30’s – 60’s especially rough types
Navajo Women age mid 20’s-80’s, preferably that speak Dine
Navajo Men age mid 20’s-80’s, preferably that speak Dine
Girl (age 7-10) & Boy (age 4-7) Mixed race, African American & Caucasian, Native American mixes)
Male, African American age 30’s

SUNDAY JANUARY 24 IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RIVER Shoots in the Farmington/Shiprock area from late March 2016-May 2016. It is an independent film produced by Jonas Weydermann and Directed by award winning Director Damian John Harper. It follows a wounded military veteran returning home to face the war within his own family, as he tries to piece together the reasons behind his sister’s mysterious death…
