Fox’s ‘The Exorcist’ TV Pilot Speaking Role Open Casting Call

The Exorcist is now casting speaking roles for the FOX TV pilot in Chicago, Illinois.

Casting directors are looking for kid actors ages 11 to 12 years old to work on the upcoming TV pilot filming in Chicago, Illinois.

Casting directors are looking for “Boy, Hispanic, 11 or 12 YRS OLD, a heavyset, bookish kid, Luis hangs out with his uncle Tomas. Though he’s shy about how things are going at school, he appreciates the fatherly love he receives from his uncle.”


About The Exorcist:

According to reports, Fox has ordered an adaptation of the 1971 book to TV series.

A modern reboot based on the William Blatty’s original book, The Exorcist, is being converted into a psychological thriller following two different men trying to solve one family’s case of horrifying demonic possession, and going face to face with true evil.

LOCATION: Chicago
SPEAKING ROLE: “Luis”

They are looking for:
Boy, Hispanic, 11 or 12 YRS OLD, a heavyset, bookish kid, Luis hangs out with his uncle Tomas. Though he’s shy about how things are going at school, he appreciates the fatherly love he receives from his uncle.

*You must have a current IL work permit through their casting company or a local talent agency. If you do not have a current work permit for your child and you get called in to audition, you must be prepared to get the Work Permit ASAP*

If interested and available, please send an email to [email protected] with the following:
1) Subject Line: LUIS
2) Include your name, age, height and weight along with email and phone number.
3) Give us a brief description of your child’s acting experience or on set experience. If he does not have any experience, please list that as well.
4) Attach a headshot and/or candid photo or headshot in JPEG format. Make sure the photo is taken in decent lighting (no selfies), no sunglasses. Show us your style but make sure we can see your face! If you happen to have a photo of yourself in scrubs or lab coat, please send in that photo.
*NOTE: Rename the title of your photo with your Full Name. You should do this with all of your submission photos.
5) List if your child has a current IL work permit and list the employer that is listed on the Work Permit.
