‘Chicago P.D’, ‘Law & Order: SVU’ Crossover Episode Chicago Casting Call

NBC’s Chicago PD is now casting extras for an upcoming crossover episode with Law & Order: SVU. Last year’s crossover was huge.

UPDATE NEW ROLES ADDED!

The teams united to catch a guy who had apparently been attacking women for years, but had yet eluded capture for some reason – a modern day Ted Bundy, as described by series Executive Producers Matt Olmstead (CF, CPD) and Warren Leight (SVU). (More about how they put this all together here.)

Casting directors are casting a ton of background extras to work on the upcoming scenes. Filming will take place on January 5th and 6th in Chicago, Illinois. Producers are looking for “Perpetrators, Lawyers, Suited Detectives, Undercover Officers, and Civilians in the police station”. In addition, casting directors are seeking neighbors for a crime scene.

NBC’s Chicago PD centers on the Intelligence team located at the District 21 of the Chicago Police department. This team fights the city’s major offenses including organized crime, drug trafficking, and high profile murders.
