Casting directors are now casting talent to work on scenes filming on December 6th or 7th in Chicago, Illinois.
Producers are seeking the following types:
- Male SURGEON
28–42 years old/
MidEastern, Indian, Pakistani (or a mix of any of these 3 ethnicities)
They will provide surgery attire - Male or Female ONCOLOGIST
44–62 years old/Asian or Caucasian
*Professional Look - Female OB/GYN NURSE
44–52 years old/Asian or Caucasian
They will provide scrub attire - Male or Female DOCTOR
34–49 years old/Asian or Caucasian
They have medical attire - Female to play PREGNANT PATIENT (not really pregnant)-
they will have belly
24–38 years old/Hispanic - Male or Female CARDIAC SURGEON
48–56 years old
ANY Ethnicity–although they are leaning towards African American Male
They will provide surgery attire
*Very Confident Looking - Female or Male SOCIAL WORKER
25–32 years old/Filipino, Hispanic or African American - Female or Male NURSE
23–32 years old/African American, Filipino or Hispanic - Mother/Daughter OR Dad/Daughter
(REAL team preferred–will be in same scene/same hours)
Minor MUST BE Work Permitted with us or a Major Talent Agent

Commercial Casting Call
Here is a great opportunity for NON-Union Talent. There are a few NON-Speaking Roles listed below that are pretty cool! Choreographed by one of the Directors, this is sure to be an inspiring, upbeat and enjoyable COMMERCIAL. The Cast will have a sense of rhythm, ease & positive energy.
There is a lot of info here. This should be a FUN shoot! Please submit only if you are 100% positive you can clear your availability for ALL of the following days and you meet the qualifications for this shoot. You also need to be able to get to the ELMHURST/NAPERVILLE, Illinois area. Callback day may be in Chicago, Illinois.
Compensation package as $950 all in. All Talent Cast will earn this amount.
Breakdown would be $400 session fee for 8 hours, $500 buyout for 1 year TV, Theater, Print. $50 fitting fee. Possible rehearsal on fitting day may be added @ $50/hour. No Agency Fees.
Run: LOCAL Chicago market (city proper & western suburbs) for broadcast, industrial, print, outdoor & Internet (worldwide web). Buyout is for 1 year with option to extend. We do not know what they will use. You may even be on a billboard or in the local theatre in an ad. This is all for up to one year. They would pay you more if extended.
Callbacks – Tuesday, 11-28 AND
All of the first week in December (Monday through Thursday)
Fitting/Rehearsal 12/4 OR 12/5 (must be available for both at this time) $50, plus $50/hour for Rehearsal, if necessary
Shoot 12/6 OR 12/7 (one day but MUST BE available for both)
Must be able to keep momentum and energy to rhythmic beat/movements.
No major dance moves. EVERYONE must have some acting experience, be able to carry a dance movement and fit the following specs. There will be one MINOR cast. An African American Girl 4–6 years old (work permitted) that can still fit into a grocery shopping cart. Especially needed submissions will be MidEastern Adult Male and Filipino Adult Female.
Everyone must be NON-Union.

If selected for self video (can be with a cell phone) “Feel It Still” by Portugal The Man, if possible. Or something similar. Upbeat. Will email you details on specifics of this taping, if needed. We will not be looking at any before then. Please only email your 2 photos and height at this time if you are available and qualify to submit.
We will let you know by Monday evening if you were selected for this first round and give details on the self video submissions. Please Stand By until then.
For now, we only need:
-Color Photos: Close up AND full body shot. Include your height. Photos MUST have current hair color/length. You need to look like your headshot!

Males not willing to shave should note that in the body of your email. It
will still be ok. Just need to know.
