Kevin Spacey plays a Democrat from South Carolina who creates an elaborate plan to get himself into the highest position of power in the country, with the help of his wife, Mrs. Underwood. Season 3 ended with Underwood seeking re-election and it seems that in Season 4, he had won the election.
Casting directors are looking for people who can work on a scene filming in Baltimore, Maryland. Producers are looking for extras to play white house staffers on several scenes filming on Friday, July 24th.
