HBO’s The Deuce Season 2 is now casting pool players in New York City.
Casting directors are now casting actors, models, and talent to work on Monday, July 2nd in Long Island City, Queens, New York.
Producers are seeking the following types:
- GWCI is seeking SAG-AFTRA & NON-UNION MEN ages 18-99 to portray 1970s Pool Players with REAL pool-playing experience for the HBO series, THE DEUCE. Interior/exterior work in NYC area.
About The Deuce:
“The Deuce” centers around the story of the legalization and subsequent rise of the porn industry in New York’s Times Square from the early ’70s through the mid ’80s. The TV series will explore the rough world that existed there until the rise of HIV, violence and crack -cocaine.Vincent Martino and Frankie Martino, who were players in the Times Square world and became fronts for mob control of the volatile and lucrative sex industry. James Franco will play both twins in the new HBO series.

WORKS MONDAY 7/2 (July 2nd), fitting possibly FRIDAY 6/29 in Long Island City, Queens. Everyone must attend a fitting before working.
Please do not submit if you have already been fit for the deuce season 2
Everyone must be ok with atmospheric smoke!
*Men should have some length to their hair! No very modern haircuts, buzzcuts, fades, temple tapers, etc.
