Pool Toy Commercial Casting Call

• Bro – Caucasian or Latino, 20s, a total bro, slick hair, muscular, good-looking but egotistical. Wardrobe: tropical surf shorts, aviator sunglasses, gold chain, white towel
• Cap’n Salty – Caucasian, 60s-mid 70s, if it worked for the last 50 years it’ll work for 50 more. Wardrobe: Crab boat captain-esque, rubber boots, white shirt, dark trousers rolled up, suspenders, pipe, hat, yellow raincoat, crusty old towel
• Diverse cast of various ethnicities and a mix of two moms and one dad, boys and girls (actual mix TBD by talent and their ages). Talent needs to be healthy and fit but not overly muscular or skinny. Cast actual families if we possible. So the parent is the actual parent of the child to feel more natural and authentic
  • Step 1: 1 x mom or dad (late 20s-mid 30s) + 1 x infant (9-12 months) + backup child
  • Step 2: 1 x mom or dad (late 20s-mid 30s) + 1 x child (3-4 yrs) comfortable in water and big enough for out Swim Trainer vest to fit correctly (should try it on for casting) + backup child 
  • Step 3: 1 x mom or dad (late 20s-mid 30s) + 1 x child (6-7 yrs) able to swim confidently and dive independently without floatation aid, be comfortable with dive toys + backup child
• Little Girl – Asian American or Latina, 9-11, precocious and lively
  • Wardrobe: bright solid color one-piece swimsuit, hair pulled back, pool towel
• No-Nonsense Rhonda – African American, 30s to mid 40s, doesn’t have time for that. Wardrobe: fun, tropical print one-piece swimsuit, wrap, pool towel, jewelry, large bag
• Rad Granny – Caucasian, 60s-mid 70s, stylish, smart and up to date. Wardrobe: fabulously eclectic pool outfit, Vivienne Westwood meets Boca Raton, colorful pool towel and large bag
• Wrestler – any ethnicity, late 20s to mid 30s, very muscular, over the top energy. Wardrobe: spandex shorts, loud neon colors, face paint, decorative arm bands, wild or colorful hair, neon towel
