A major cable network is seeking men and women in the Atlanta area for a new documentary television series!
We’re looking for people of all races who are considering having a major plastic surgery procedure done.
Do you have body flaws standing in the way of your happiness? Do you look in the mirror and wish that ONE facial feature was different? Did you have a procedure done and it didn’t turn out the way you wanted? Do you have a disfigurement that you want fixed?
If you OR someone you know has always wanted plastic surgery or desperately needs corrective surgery – WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!
There are a few conditions in order to be considered for the show:
– You must live in Atlanta OR live in a nearby city or state
– You must be willing to have surgery within the next 2 months
– You must be comfortable with having your story and surgery featured on television

– Occupation
– Surgeries you are interested in having done
– One paragraph about why you need plastic surgery and how it could change your life
– Two or three photos of your full body and of the area(s) of face or body you want changed
