Fox’s Star Season 2 is now casting in Atlanta, Georgia.
Casting directors are looking for talent to work on scenes filming on Monday, August 14th in Atlanta, Georgia. Producers are seeking the following types:
- Receptionist: Looking for a model type female, who appears to be African American, to portray a very attractive receptionist. Age 25-30.
- Manager: Looking for Men and Women, 35- 45 years old, with a hip cool look, to portray a Manager to a Music Artist.
- Artist: Looking for a male or female who appears to be African-American, to portray a music artist.
About Star:
Star tracks down her sister, SIMONE (newcomer Brittany O’Grady), and her Instagram bestie, ALEXANDRA (newcomer Ryan Destiny), and together, the trio journeys to Atlanta to become music superstars. Academy Award nominee and Emmy Award, Grammy Award and Golden Globe Award winner Queen Latifah (“Bessie,” “Bringing Down The House”) plays CARLOTTA, a surrogate mother to the young crew.

This works through a few episodes, so must have open availability. When submitting put “Recept” in the subject line. Manager: Looking for Men and Women, 35- 45 years old, with a hip cool look, to portray a Manger to a Music Artist. When submitting put “Manager 11” in the subject line. Please submit your best upscale urban looks (slacks, nice jeans, button downs, blazers etc.)
Artist: Looking for a male or female who appears to be African-American, to portray a music artist. When submitting put “Artist 14” in the subject line. Please submit two of your best music artist looks. No pics of you in casual clothes please.
