Disney’s Jungle Cruise starring Dwayne Johnson is now casting Hispanic women in Atlanta, Georgia.
Casting directors are now casting actors, models, and talent to work on Monday, July 30th and Monday, August 6th in Atlanta, Georgia.
Producers are seeking the following types:
- We are CASTING for an elder HISPANIC WOMAN to be an
ELDER in our South American Native scenes! - – FEMALE
– Age 55 to 85
– HISPANIC
– BODY SIZES : average to smaller size (thinner, etc..) - NOTE 1: this is to portray a South American Native. We will also accept submissions from anyone who is another race (ie from the Philippines, mixed race, etc) that looks South American
- NOTE 2: the costume for this scene covers what a bathing suit would cover
- NOTE 3: If you have an elder that does not drive, we will pay to have a family or friend transport this person to the set each day!
About Jungle Cruise:
According to reports, Disney’s Jungle Cruise is filming under the working title Elixer. The Rock will star and produce the adventure production. The actor closed the deal on the Disney movie last April, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The Disney live-action adaptation of the popular theme park ride will be released in spring 2018.
Jungle Cruise is one of Disneyland’s original rides and takes park-goers on a journey through Africa’s Nile and Congo rivers as well as South America’s Amazon. This news comes after Dwayne Johnson filmed nearly all of his big-budget movies in Atlanta including Jumanji, Rampage, Fast 8, and Baywatch.
