Are you part of a family with a member who has a disability? Do you want to take part in an amazing opportunity to showcase the strength and beauty of families like yours? If so, this commercial casting call may just be the perfect opportunity for you!

The client is actively seeking real families to feature in their upcoming commercial. They are specifically looking for families with members who have a range of disabilities, including blindness or a visual impairment, deafness or hard of hearing (with visible hearing aids), physical disabilities, intellectual/cognitive disabilities, neurological disabilities, and neuromuscular disabilities. They are interested in showing the world the fantastic bond between these families and how their diversity can create beautiful harmony.

Are you interested in taking part? If so, here are the details you need to know. The client wants real families, parents, and children to participate. They are open to friends and family members joining in as long as the child/ren feels comfortable if you are a dad. Even better because they would love to see more dads participating in the shoot!

The rate for the shoot varies depending on the age of the talent. Newborns to 2-year-olds receive a flat day rate of $250, but any subsequent shoot days will be $85 an hour with a 2-hour minimum. Three years old to 16 years old receives a day rate of $500, and the same rate applies to subsequent shoot days. The adult rate is $1,200, with a 20% agency fee taken off.

Casting Criteria:

  • Real families, parents and children (please submit those Dads!) 
  • Real families can be friends and family; anyone who the child/ren will be comfortable around.  
  • Specifically seeking any of the following talent and or family members:
  • Blind/Visually impaired 
  • Deaf or Hard-of-hearing (visible hearing aids a plus)  
  • Physical disability  
  • Intellectual/Cognitive disability 
  • Neurological disability 
  • Neuromuscular disability 

RATES: (DAY RATE ALL INCLUSIVE WITH USAGE/PRIMARY TALENT)

NEWBORN — 2 YEARS OLD: $250.00 (Any subsequent shoot days are $85 an hour with a 2 HR minimum)  

3 YEARS OLD TO 16 YEARS OLD: $500.00 (Any subsequent shoot days are $85 an hour with a 2 HR minimum) 

ADULT RATE: $1,200.00
