Fox’s new TV pilot ‘Urban Cowboy’ is holding an open casting call in Austin, Texas.
Casting directors are holding an open casting call for the new FOX TV pilot, Urban Cowboy in Austin, Texas. According to the casting call, Brock Allen Casting is looking for Country/Western dancers for the upcoming Urban Cowboy Pilot.
Auditions will be held Friday September 11th 4pm-7pm at Go Dance Studio (South Austin Location 4477 S Lamar Blvd #530

‘Urban Cowboy’ will follow the relationship of Sissy and Bud as it takes place in the world of rodeos, oil fields, line dancing clubs and other aspects of modern-day Texas. The 1980 movie helped launch John Travolta’s movie career.

Fox ‘Urban Cowboy’ Casting Call
The upcoming Fox television pilot series “Urban Cowboy” is looking for “tough looking” hispanic males, ages 30-45, with tattoos to be background extras to portray the role of a Cartel Guard.
Filming Dates: September 16th and 25th (Dates are subject to change)
Filming Location: Austin, Texas
Background Extras will be paid $64/8 hours guaranteed, plus overtime if filming goes past 8 hours.
