Aspiring models should head to Miami’s Dadeland Mall for a model search this Saturday, September 10th.
Hosted by “W” magazine and Simon Malls, the open casting call takes place from noon to 6 p.m. Aspiring models are being sought for a feature in the March 2017 issue of W and an advertising campaign in Simon Malls.
“The South Florida market is full of fashion-forward young shoppers who are clued into trends and have a great sense of style,” said Simon’s global creative director Chidi Achara told SouthFlorida.com. “We know this because we see them at Dadeland Mall shopping and spending time with friends. It’s the perfect place to hold a model search.”
“With the Model Search, we are looking for the next face of fashion,” Simon explained. “We want to discover up-and-coming talent who are passionate about fashion and modeling, and give them an opportunity to enter the industry, starting with an editorial shoot in ‘W’ magazine.”
The event is free and open to the public. Attendees must be 18-years-old and a legal resident of the United States. They cannot be a professional model. For more information, go to Simon.com/w-model-search.
