Job Description: Kahleen Crawford Casting (I, Daniel Blake, Vigil, His Dark Materials) is seeking a male wheelchair user aged 35+ for a role in a highly reputable, BAFTA-winning production company's feature film.

Role Details:

• Character: Steve
• Character Background: Steve is a member of the sub-dom community, involved in a long-term same-sex relationship. He has been using a wheelchair since a motorbike crash over a decade ago.
• Scenes: Includes portrayal of scenes of a sexual nature, handled with the support of an intimacy coordinator.

Job Responsibilities:

• Portray the character ‘Steve' authentically, reflecting his background and current life situation.
• Participate in scenes that require careful and respectful handling, especially those of a sexual nature.
• Work closely with directors, co-actors, and the intimacy coordinator to ensure a respectful and professional portrayal.

Requirements:

• Male wheelchair user aged 35+.
• Acting experience is helpful but not essential.
• Must be comfortable with scenes of a sexual nature.
• Based in the UK.
