CNN recently reported that Johnson hinted at more thrilling interactions between Hobbs and Jason Momoa’s villainous character Dante. He even compared their clash to the epic ‘The Rock’ versus ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin battles that headlined three WrestleManias, teasing fans with the magnitude of the upcoming face-off. The Twitter post shared a glimpse of Johnson and Vin Diesel’s conversation, emphasizing the importance of brotherhood, commitment, and love for the franchise, its characters, and the fans.
Johnson affirms that Hobbs will feature in the upcoming film: “The next chapter that will showcase the legendary lawman will be the HOBBS movie, which will serve as a fresh and exciting prelude to FAST X: Part II.” Although the nature of the subsequent film remains uncertain, rumors suggest the development of another installment focused on Hobbs.
