New hire performers now receive $12.40 per hour when performing in Character look-alike roles. Performers develop improvisational skills, poise and grace while working for one of the world’s leading entertainment companies. Character Look-alikes perform before thousands of guests each day in “meet and greets”, parades and stage shows across the Walt Disney World Resort.

Please note: all performers, including Disney Character Look-alikes, will also perform in meet-and-greets as fully costumed Disney Characters in our Parks and Resorts.

Seeking the following roles:

Rapunzel, Cinderella, Jasmine, Ariel, Snow White
Females: 5’3″ – 5’7″

Alice in Wonderland
Female: 5’2″ – 5’4″

Tinker Bell
Females: 4’11” – 5’2″

Aladdin
Male: 5’10” – 6′

Requirements: 

• Performers must be at least 16 and authorized to work in the United States.
• All performers will learn a small movement routine
• Current WDW College Program Cast Members are not eligible to audition.
• Current WDW Character Performers are not eligible to audition.
• Open to the general public.
• Advanced registration is not required.
