Cinemax ‘The Knick’ Season 2 casting call for African American actors, models, and talent in New York City.
The Knick centers around New York City in the 1900s, and the Knickerbocker Hospital. Dr. John Thackery, battles his cocaine and opium addictions with his ambition for medical discovery and his reputation among his peers. Dr. Algernon Edwards, must fight for respect within the all-white populated hospital, as well as the racially-charged city. While literally struggling to keep the lights on, the hospital attempts to attract a wealthy clientele, without sacrificing quality care.
Casting directors are looking for African American men and women to play pedestrians on the hit Cinemax TV series ‘The Knick’ filming in New York City. Grant Wifley casting is looking for talent that are available to work on scenes filming on January 27th and work several days throughout February until May. Producers are looking for men with no shaved heads and no dreadlocks.
