4 Star Casting is looking for actors, models, and talent to work on a weight loss app video filming in Chicago, Illinois.
Producers are looking for people to work on an internal corporate video for a product launch. Casting directors are casting the following roles:
- 1) WEIGHT LOSS PATIENT
Female, Caucasian, late 30s-early 40s. This is someone with “a few pounds to lose,” but not obese. You must be comfortable being portrayed as this on screen. - 2) DIETICIAN
Female, Caucasian, Age range: 30s. Looking for someone who is fit/in shape.

Weight Loss Video Casting Call
NON-UNION CASTING CALL: WEIGHT LOSS APP VIDEO CONCEPT. This will be an internal corporate video for a product launch.
TITLE: “Few Pounds To Lose”
SHOOT DATE: TBD – 1 day shoot sometime at the end of April or beginning of May. You must have open availability during this time frame
SHOOT LOCATION: Chicagoland Area
RATES: $150/10. Parking + Meal covered.
NON-SPEAKING EXTRA ROLES:
1) WEIGHT LOSS PATIENT
Female, Caucasian, late 30s-early 40s. This is someone with “a few pounds to lose,” but not obese. You must be comfortable being portrayed as this on screen.
2) DIETICIAN
Female, Caucasian, Age range: 30s. Looking for someone who is fit/in shape.

2) Include your name, age, height, weight, phone number, zip code and email address
3) Send a RECENT CANDID PHOTO in jpeg format – close up and full length – Make sure the photo is taken in decent lighting (no selfies), no sunglasses, no hats!. Show us your style but make sure we can see your face! The better the photo, the better your chance of being submitted. If you have professional headshots, you can attach those as well.
*NOTE: NAME YOUR JPEG PHOTO WITH YOUR FULL NAME!!!
Right click on the photo and it will give you an option to re-name the file, Re-name it with your full name.
4) If you are submitting for the Dietician – list if you have an health and wellness training.
5) Confirm you have open availability at the end of April/early May.
