- 1) Male or Female, all ethnicities, 30-40 years old, good looking not model, no facial hair.

1) Male or Female, all ethnicities, 30-40 years old, good looking not model, no facial hair.

2) Your full name, height and weight
3) Confirm that you are non-union and available to work on the date.
4) Attach 2 recent jpeg photos of yourself. Name the photos with your name. Send a headshot if you have one!
