CBS TV Pilot ‘Mission Control’ Open Casting Call

CBS is now casting recurring roles in for the new TV pilot Mission Control in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

EG Casting is now casting actors, models, and talent to work on the new CBS TV pilot Mission Control. Casting directors are looking for recurring extras to work as scientists and astronauts for scenes filming starting March 15th through the 21st at Albuquerque, Studios. Casting directors are seeking all ethnic groups and ages from 22 to 70.

About Mission Control:

Andy Weir, who penned the bestselling book that was the basis for the 2015 feature film “The Martian,” which starred Matt Damon as an astronaut stranded on Mars, has written the script for a new space adventure headed for television.

“For the past several months, I have been working on a TV show pilot and I’m happy to announce that CBS is going to make it!” Weir announced Tuesday (Jan. 17) on Facebook. “It’s called ‘Mission Control’ and it’s a drama set at NASA,” he described. “The main characters are flight controllers at the Mission Control Center in Houston and the astronauts aboard the space station that they take care of.”

EG Casting is proud to announce that we will be casting the SiFi TV pilot “Mission Control” written and produced by Andy Weir, who wrote “The Martian”. We will be looking for some special recurring extras to work as Scientists and astronauts, March 15,16,17,20 and 21 at the Albuquerque Studios.
