Los Angeles casting call for prison guards on on Netflix’s “Ratched“
Casting directors are now casting actors, models, and talent to work on scenes filming on Thursday, June 27th in Los Angeles, California.
Producers are seeking the following types:
- Caucasian looking MALES who appear to be in their 30s-50s to portray prison guards.
- Looking for men who are very comfortable and familiar shooting rifles.
About Netflix’s “Ratched”:
According to Deadline, Netflix’s new series Ratched is a new drama series from Ryan Murphy with Sarah Paulson set to star as a younger version of the Nurse Ratched from One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest. The show is an origins story starting in 1947, which will follow Ratched’s (Paulson) journey and evolution from nurse to full-fledged monster. The series will track her murderous progression through the mental health care system.

Nia is taking submissions for a show working THURSDAY 6/27 in LOS ANGELES AREA.
She is looking for caucasian looking MALES who appear to be in their 30s-50s to portray prison guards. Do NOT submit if you’ve worked any of the hospital categories on Ratched before. Looking for men who are very comfortable and familiar shooting rifles.
MUST be between 5’10 and 6’2 and fit waist size 34 or smaller.
No fades or buzzed haircuts. MUST be clean shaven. No visible tattoos.
Must have at least 3 inches of hair on the top and be HAIRCUT WILLING! Hair should be long enough to part on the sides and comb over.
