ComicView is an American stand-up comedy show that aired on BET on Tuesdays and Fridays from September 1992 to December 2008. The show has been the launching pad for such comedians as Dante, D.L. Hughley, Cedric the Entertainer, Sommore, and Rodney Perry.

COMICVIEW is coming back bigger, better, and funnier than ever. Featuring some of America’s top comedians, and highlighting some of the best up-and-comers, COMICVIEW promises to be the premier comedy showcase on television.
COMICVIEW will be hosted by the legendary “Sommore”, the undisputed “Queen of Comedy”. This veteran brings a winning combination of class and sass, and promises to set the tone for an amazing season.
