are now casting actors, models, and to work on scenes filming from October 11th through November 8th.

Producers are seeking the following types:

  • Looking for real Maori males/females 20 to 60 years old

About Whina:

GFC Films describes the movie as a “love story and drama that explores themes of whanau, children, marriage, community and above all love. Love of the land and of people, in equal measure. WHINA has obstacles to overcome and historical wrongs to right. This film is a uniquely New Zealand story with a universal narrative.”

Looking for real Maori males/females 20 to 60 years old

Must have a reliable transportation and available all the filming 8 dates. 

Payment : $20 gross per hour,

The production will supply a travel fee and accommodation when filming outside .
