ABC has canceled The Mayor.

According to reports, ABC has cancelled the freshman comedy series and pulled it from their Tuesday night schedule.

Nine episodes of the show’s original 13-episode run had already been broadcast, with four episodes to remain unaired on ABC.

In November,  ABC ordered three additional scripts of the series, choosing not to give the show an extended episode order after low ratings.

The TV series featured Hall as a young rapper Courtney Rose who surprisingly gets elected mayor of his hometown in California. Yvette Nicole Brown and Lea Michele co-starred in the series from executive producers Jeremy Bronson, Jamie Tarses, Daveed Diggs and James Griffiths.
