ABC ‘American Crime’ Casting Call for new talent in Nashville, Tennessee
ABC’s new TV series ‘American Crime‘ is looking for new talent to work on the show.
American Crime centers on a racially charged murder the subsequent trial, which are examined through the personal lives of the people involved in the crime. The case gets bigger and bigger, becoming a point of conversation in America’s views on race, class and gender politics. The series is written and executive produced by Oscar Winning Screenplay writer John Ridley.
On Location Casting is currently seeking extras to play hairstylists, hair salon customers and fast food workers for a scene filming on Tuesday, August 19th in Nashville, Tennessee.

AUSTIN, TX Casting Notice – ABC series ‘American Crime’ for work on TUESDAY 8/19/14.
–NEW FACES who have not yet worked on this project!!
*MUST HAVE PROOF of TEXAS RESIDENCY such as TXDL, TXID, TEXAS COLLEGE ID, OR TX Voters registration card. Parent can show proof of residency for anyone under 18 years old.
Pay rate for EXTRAS is $58.00 for 8 hours ($7.25/hour with an 8 hour guarantee). Overtime will be paid after 8 hours. You will receive a check in the mail 7-10 business days AFTER you work.
We do NOT yet have Call Times so you should have FULL and flexible availability to work ALL day. ALL day is 12 hours +.
Location is in the AUSTIN, TX area.
*EXTRAS*
HAIRSTYLISTS: male and female, all ethnicities, age range 20-50, MUST have experience working in a salon. (*please specify when submitting)
HAIR SALON CUSTOMERS: female, all ethncities, age range 22-55, shold be comfortable getting your hair wet (no cutting, just styling)
FAST FOOD CUSTOMERS: male and female, all ethnicities, age range 18-80, variety of types
