Commercial casting call for bike messengers in San Francisco, California.
Beau Bonneau casting is looking for real San Francisco bike messengers to work on a commercial and print ad for a well known cable company. Casting directors are looking for bike messengers who feels comfortable weaving through commuter traffic for a commercial. Producers are looking for talent who have experience riding a fixed gear or single speed bike.
Auditions will take place on March 29th in San Francisco. If chosen for the commercial will work two days in San Francisco between April 5th and April 13th. Talents that are selected will be compensated $500/
We are seeking real and current Bay Area local Bike Messengers 25 to 35 years old, with flexible schedules, for a Non Union Commercial and Print Ad for a well known cable company. Must currently be a bike messenger and competent city cyclist who feels comfortable weaving through commuter traffic. Must have experience riding a fixed gear or single speed bike. Talents selected will be compensated $500 per 10 hour day, with an additional $600 for commercial use and $1500 for print use.
Auditions are brief, in-person and by appt. only Tues 3/29 in SF. If chosen for the shoot, you’ll work 2 days in SF on opposing weeks: commercial shoot will be 1 day Tues 4/5, Wed 4/6 or Thurs 4/7 and the print ad will shoot 1 day Wed 4/11, Thurs 4/12 or Fri 4/13. You must be available 1 day each week per dates above in order to submit. Talent selected for Principal role will receive $500 per 10 hour day, with an additional $600 for commercial use and $1500 for print use.

* Attach 2 new camera phone photos, 1 close up & 1 standing view with bike, both facing camera smiling (no hats or sunglasses).
