About:
Taylor Webb started acting at age 13 in her local high school theater’s production of The Wizard of Oz. Since, she has led many productions with the same school including Matilda The Musical by Tim Minchin, Clue: On Stage by Jonathan Lynn, and, most recently, Peter and The Star Catcher by Rick Elice. Taylor’s training so far has been limited. She has worked under her two high school theater directors. She has also been taught vocally by Chapman Shields, a young accomplished director who recently premiered A Christmas Story with Summit City Music Theater in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Her noteworthy roles include the title role in Matilda The Musical by Tim Minchin and Captain Blackstache in Peter and The Star Catcher by Rick Elice. She is also accomplished in Speech and Debate, where she and her DUO Interpretation partner received 12th place at the nations largest academic competition to date, The National Speech and Debate Association’s 2023 National Tournament. In Taylor’s spare time, she likes to read books, specifically books written by Rick Riordan, watch The Sturniolo Triplets on Youtube, and scour the web for any new opportunities. While she has not had on screen experience before, she loves film making, the process behind it, and how it can bring people together.
