Melissa Quinones

Melissa Quinones is an actor, dancer, and writer residing in New Jersey. With a combination of emotional range and comedic timing, she brings her unique brand of acting to all the projects she is in. Melissa’s roles include “Reticent”, a film by Katrina Kudlick (IMDb), in which she played the main character’s mother. She also starred in “Playing with Dolls”, an independent student film by Eve Krupcheck. Other roles she has played include vampire, detective and bartender in various independent films. Her latest role is, a realtor/secret service agent in VH1’s My True Crime Stories. Melissa has trained in acting and modeling with John Casablancas and improv with Sharon Geller. She is well versed in various forms of dance, studying West Coast Swing with Robert Royston, and Merengue, Salsa and Bachata with Steve Santos. She uses the skills she has cultivated throughout her life in her acting like bartending, gymnastics, and regional accents such as Spanish, Midwestern and Southern. Some of her interests include comedic writing, yoga, West Coast Swing dance competitions and spending time with her family. She is a performer by nature as she loves to be the center of attention which is why she knows acting is her calling.
