Short Film is Now Casting Several Speaking Roles in Texas (Pay is $200/Day)

Upcoming short film is now casting several speaking roles in Texas.

Michael Druck Casting is now casting talent to work on an upcoming short film in East Texas. Filming will shoot between March for 4 to 5 days. Talents will be compensated $200/day with lodging and travel will be provided. Casting directors are casting the following roles:

  • ABRAHAM – age range 18-24 – Abraham looks young for his age. Since the loss of his and Isabella’s mother, he has dedicated himself to taking care of his older sister. He carries himself with quiet bravery. However, underneath that facade lives an intense fear that his strength might not be enough to face the world. Ethnicity: African-American, Latinx, Middle Eastern, or East Indian.
  • ISABELLA – 22-29 – Isabella is terrified to leave her home behind. The home they lived in with their mother contains the last remnants of her memories of their time as a family. As their crisis escalates Isabella is forced to tap into strengths she had forgotten she possessed. She becomes strong again and is able to save them both and let go of the past so they can seek a better life together. Ethnicity: Ethnicity: African-American, Latinx, Middle Eastern, or East Indian.

Synopsis: Abraham and Isabella decide to run away from their home in rural East Texas. While on the road, they soon find themselves pursued by a nightmarish stranger. Only after confronting this man and letting go of their past can they find the freedom to build a new life.
