I’m a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Culinary Nutrition Expert, Health Coach and Reflexologist. I have a passion for travel, the outdoors, cooking, healthy food and natural health. I’m a wife, and dog mama to our cute little 4.5 year old Oscar, and love going on nature hikes with him. He brings so much joy to our home! I love LOVE, and absolutely love Hallmark movies!
