Born in Sacramento, California and raised in Auburn, Washington, Rachael O'Neil came from humble beginnings. At an early age, she fell in love with Language Arts along with Track and Field. After graduating with her Bachelor's Degree in Communication, O'Neil began her career as a news reporter in New Orleans and later in Dallas. The former Journalist is most known for her comedic roles and unique voice. She can be seen in the short film When Duty Calls.
